What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received more than 60 days prior to your check in date. You will receive a full refund, minus a $50 reservation fee. If you need to cancel within 60 days prior to your check in date, you will receive a full refund if we are able to re-rent the property. If we are unable to re-rent the property, we will retain your entire rental amount paid and refund your security deposit.

Are linens included with vacation rentals?

Linens are included with rent, however, you can opt out of the linen service. Linen service includes sheets, pillowcases and towels. The service does not include beach towels.

What is included in vacation rental properties?

Our vacation rentals are fully furnished. Kitchens are equipped with the basics. Amenities include wifi, cable, bbq, most do have a washer and dryer onsite. Each individual property has further amenities listings online. Please refer to our rental agreement for additional information.

What is your minimum stay for on- and off- season?

We do have a one week minimum during our on-season and do rent from Saturday to Saturday. This is true for all of our Beach Drive rentals. We do have some flexibility for our rentals that are not beach front, which require a 3-4 night minimum. Contact our office for assistance and availability. Off-season we have a minimum stay of 2-3 nights and do offer a special promotion offering the 3rd night free. Please note that the rentals that have a three night minimum offer the 4th night free.

What are your on-season dates? What are the off-season dates?

Our on-season dates are mid-June through end of August. We do offer special rates for off-season dates. Please contact our office for more information. Off-season rates begin after Labor Day and continue through the end of May.

What are your holiday dates?

Please contact the office for rates and minimum nights required, as they do vary depending on the home. Please note that holidays include Christmas, New Year, Spring Break/Easter, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, and Thanksgiving. Holiday calendar dates vary. ​

Where are your vacation rental homes located?

Our rentals are located along the Santa Cruz County Coast, as far north as the west side of Santa Cruz, and as far south as Pajaro Dunes.

Do you allow smoking?

​ No, we do not allow smoking in any of our rentals.

Do you allow pets?

​ We do offer pet friendly homes, please contact our office for a list and availability.

What is your return policy on the security deposit? ​ ​

Deposits are refunded within 10-14 business days from your departure.

Do you allow parties or events in your rentals?

No, we do not allow large gatherings of any sort due the Santa Cruz County Vacation Rental Ordinance, Fire Codes and neighborhood agreements.
